Using everything we discussed on our discovery call — combined with my destination expertise and trusted global partners — I'll build a tailored proposal for your review. Thoughtful, timely feedback during this phase is everything; it's what allows me to lock in the best possible accommodations, experiences, and access for your trip.
STEP FOUR: CONFIRM YOUR ITINERARY
Once you've approved your proposal, I move directly into confirming all arrangements with partners on the ground. From there, I remain your point of contact leading up to departure — handling details behind the scenes and ensuring everything is seamlessly in place so you can focus on the journey ahead.
STEP ONE: INQUIRE
The process begins with my inquiry form. This helps me understand your travel style, priorities, and what matters most to you — whether that's Michelin-star dining, small-producer wineries, or immersive cultural experiences off the beaten path. Once your form is received, I'll reach out to schedule your discovery call.
STEP TWO: DISCOVERY CALL
After reviewing your inquiry, you'll receive a link to schedule a complimentary discovery call. This is where we'll talk through your trip vision, determine whether a planning retainer applies, and discuss next steps. If a planning retainer is required, it will be invoiced following our call and the planning process begins once it's been paid.
