STEP THREE: PROPOSAL REVIEW
Using insights from your intake call — combined with our destination expertise and trusted global partners — we’ll create a tailored proposal for your review. Thoughtful, timely feedback during this phase ensures we secure the best possible accommodations, experiences, and access for your trip.
STEP FOUR: CONFIRM YOUR ITINERARY
Once you approve your proposal, we move directly into confirming all arrangements with our trusted partners on the ground. From there, we remain your point of contact leading up to departure — sharing key information, handling details behind the scenes, and ensuring everything is seamlessly in place so you can focus solely on the journey ahead.
STEP ONE: INQUIRE
The process begins by completing the inquiry form. This allows us to understand your travel style, priorities, pace, and what matters most to you — whether that’s Michelin-star dining, small-producer wineries, or immersive cultural experiences.Once your form is received, we’ll be in touch to schedule your intake call.
STEP TWO: CONSULTATION
After reviewing your inquiry, you’ll receive a link to schedule a complimentary intake call (up to 30 minutes). During this conversation, we’ll discuss your trip vision, review the planning options, and determine which service best fits your needs. Once your selected planning package is confirmed and invoiced, the design phase begins.

For hotel or cruise-only bookings, our role is limited strictly to securing the reservation you’ve selected for your specified dates and ensuring eligible perks are applied. We do not assist with itinerary design, dining, transportation, or activities for these bookings.
If you would like light guidance before booking, we can create a tailored lookbook featuring three curated hotel options aligned with your preferences for a one-time $50 planning fee per destination.
